About the class: This is a Studio signature class. Kettlebell training has been around for hundreds of years but if you're new to this unique style of workout, don't worry, it can be customized for ANY fitness level. Kettlebells look like a cannonball with a handle and there are hundreds of exercises that can be done with these cast iron torture devices...er.. Weights! But don't try this at home- Our certified Kettlebell instructor will ensure your safety while quickly improving your strength, endurance, and flexibility. What to expect: Mid-High level intensity and a smaller pant size. Calories burned: 600+ (depending on weight and other factors) About the teacher: Just the word "kettlebells" could strike fears into the heart of any new student but don't worry! Rod is just the guy to set your mind at ease. Kettlebell training is hard, yes. But Rod guides his students to "Train at your own level, not someone else's. By doing this, you'll be amazed how quickly your level will change." His creative workouts are never the same and NEVER too easy.
